Phosphoric acid, non-ionic surfactants & inorganic di-acid.

Spray onto the effected surface and wait for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then scrub with a nylon or steel wire brush and remove all the residue, then wash the surface and dry it.
*Before using any cleaning chemical, always test it on a small, inconspicuous area of the surface or material to ensure compatibility and prevent damage.
